VeriTrademark® started with a small dream — a dream shared by many entrepreneurs. A dream of doing things a better way, free from the tyranny of the mediocre and the staid.
When founder Danny Bronski graduated with his Duke law degree and MBA in 2002, he rejected many opportunities in "big law" and corporate america. On the verge of becoming fodder for a large New York City law firm, he instead staged his own personal rebellion. In the cliched version of the "go west, young man" tale, Danny gave away nearly all of his possessions, burned his textbooks in a ritual bonfire, and drove west to Seattle with only what would fit in his car.
He arrived with a cornucopia of lofty goals that included starting his own law practice with a philosophy of avoiding many of the stodgy ways of doing business that have plagued large law firms for years.
Eight years (and exactly zero regrets) later, the firm Danny started has evolved and matured, but the founding principles of efficiency through technology, an emphasis on building relationships and providing superior customer service, and a practical but sophisticated approach to solving legal problems remain.
