Jim Ruttler is a registered patent attorney who is also licensed to practice law in Washington.  Jim earned his JD and MBA from Seattle University with honors.  He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Neurobiology from the University of Washington.  Jim is an Eagle Scout, so you know you can trust him.  He also plays a mean first base in kickball.
